Synopsis
- Upshot: Hubby came with me and did well!
- Downside: Darn bpm still too high too easily.
- What I'm most proud of: That I stuck with it in the idea that I'm building base training.
- What I would do differently: Move my arms less in hopes of powering up the hill while keeping HR below 173.
Overall
Josh came with me on the run and it was awesome. He's so into giving it all, though. I got a little snippy when for the 4th time he stated, "Let's go all out, power up this hill!" I'm base training. What part does he not understand? Sheesh. Anyway, I had to walk twice because of steep sections that just skyrocket my bpm, but aside from those times, it was a good, constant (uphill) run! I need a nap!
