Overall
It was a long day with one of those nagging headaches that just won't go away. All day my neck kept popping and my spine felt out-of-whack. The last thing I was feeling like was going swimming, but a little voice in my head was saying, "If you wade, the tension may fade." And so, I tell myself the thing I always tell myself to get me to workout, "Just put on the swimsuit. Best case you go swimming, worst case you sit in the hot tub." Of course, I always go swimming! And relaxation did come, and my achy neck gave way to warm, but much happier muscles.
