Overall
A 30 minute workout at base feels like a warm-up. Amazing. I still remember when I couldn't even run 10 minutes straight at 4.5 mph. Wow.
After my crummy Wednesday, I was feeling upset at the idea of a repeat happen on Thursday. I didn't let it happen, though! I awoke and started the day right with some steel-cut oatmeal. Then I ate healthy all the rest of the day (veggies and whole-grain sandwiches) and by the end of my very, very long workday, I was feeling up to freeing up! I wanted to swim, but knowing the pool closes at 10:45 pm, I figured my time would be better spent on running. And so, I carted Sam to the gym with me and we did a short run.
