The Run
- 33 Minutes - Builds: 0% grade; laps++ starting at 150 bpm up to 170 bpm
Synopsis
- Upshot: Managed to squeeze in this workout despite hectic schedule.
- Downside: Dealing with a really hectic work/school schedule.
- What I'm most proud of: I made the time to do it by asking my carpool driver to delay by an hour.
- What I would do differently: Create a clone to do all my work stuff so I can just train all day.
Overall
Flu has been KO-ed! Down for the count! That means I'm up for working out again. Hooray! Too bad my work levels haven't taken that same direction. Phooey! Too much to do … wish I could run away (literally).
