6 Months - Then and Now December 12, 2005

It's time to assess my progress. Pictures are worth a 1,000 words.

Six months ago, a lot of those words might have been unpleasant when describing how I looked. Now, they're getting better. If I had my way, there'd never be any pictures of me, but it does create a kind of necessary discomfort that helps "keep it real" and my goals in focus.

Decide for yourself, but please, no comments.
