The Pilates Class

Synopsis
- Upshot: This class really works my abs.
- Downside: Four weeks have passed and I'm really out of shape.
- What I'm most proud of: That despite the haitus, I'm back!
- What I would do differently: Attend more regularly and bring my HRM.
Overall
I actually really enjoy Pilates. I'm always surprised b/c it's actually a lot of work and somewhere in the middle I break out into a sweat. It's not like doing hundreds of crunches, though. It's definitely more whole-body in experience and I like how I'm sore two days later (and not the day after).
