Synopsis
- Upshot: Running was a breeze to start!
- Downside: Tired. Fatigued.
- What I'm most proud of: I increased speed and stride as I went.
- What I would do differently: Work even more on alignment, posture, and efficiency.
Overall
A couple of times, I almost tripped and fell down. I was pretty energized, but my legs and muscles were fatigued. As the speed increased, I noticed that on one hand it got easier to stride, but at the same time I was sloppier about form and foot placement. Spinning definitely helped warm up my knees as there was little to no knee pain upon running. Great workout overall!
