The Spinning Class
- 20 minutes - Easy flats.
- 20 minutes - Intervals: 3 minutes of flats; 2 minutes of seated climb, 3 minutes of standing climb, 2 minutes of jumps (4 count).
Synopsis
- Upshot: Great warm-up for my knees!
- Downside: Tough workout since it follows yesterday's busy day!
- What I'm most proud of: I got up and attended after only having 4.5 hours of sleep.
- What I would do differently: Not push quite so hard so that the run to follow is a little easier.
Overall
I forgot my HRM today. Whoops. That actually kinda' sucks because I really could've used it to pace myself better through the spinning and then running portion. I was attempting a sort of easy brick training, and I did get the effect all right.
