Overall
Heck of a pick-up run after my 10 mile time trial. I was impressed and was able to keep cardiac drift under control. I recovered extremely well during my 5 minute powerwalking sessions. Feeling great and a noticeable lack of muscle pain or joint pain! Good combo and pace!

The Cycling
- 10 mile Time Trial
Synopsis
- Upshot: Wasn't planning on doing a time trial …
- Downside: Cycling on tired legs.
- What I'm most proud of: That I decided it would be cool to map running points AND do a time trial instead of running 8 miles.
- What I would do differently: Actually warm-up before heading out.
Overall
So, I was dreading my 8 mile run and was trying to figure out where 8 miles from my parent's house really is. So, I hopped on my bike and decided to ride out to 4 miles. After that, I decided that I wanted to ride out to 5 miles to see what the 10 mile loop in running would be. Somewhere along the way, I decided that this would be a good time trial for me to do. So, I cycling with some effort between mile 4 and 5 and then hauled ass coming back for the last 5 miles towards home.
