The Cycling
Synopsis
- Upshot: Quick way to warm-up the knees.
- Downside: Cool days make for chilly rides.
- What I'm most proud of: That I'm taking the warm-up and cooldown seriously.
- What I would do differently: Ride longer for the warm-up.
Overall
Just a quick ride to get the blood pumping and the knees warmed up. Amazing how just a few miles of cycling can make all the difference for after running! No knee pain!
