Synopsis
- Upshot: Short, easy, re-coup run today.
- Downside: Ehhhh … I feel like sitting around eating pizza and watching movies.
- What I'm most proud of: That a 5.5 mph pace is comfortable.
- What I would do differently: I would like to have finished work earlier today so I could've gone running with Josh instead of going with just Calen.
Overall
Where'd that energy go? It must've gone to yesterday, I think. Nothing special about today. I wasn't sore. (I expected to be after yesterday's run.) I did feel more tired today. I woke up later than expected. Getting jogging took a little longer than usual to fall into a rhythm. Overall, quite uneventful. Calen was well-behaved, the run was short, the air was crisp, and the lights were mostly green. I was fueled, comfortable, and untroubled for a change and that was quite all right by me. Now, I think it's pizza (or pasta) and movie time!
