Synopsis
- Upshot: Got a good workout in.

- What I'm most proud of: An excellent use of my short time.
- What I would do differently: Wrap lunch up earlier to practice stroke drills a little more relaxed.
Overall
It's frequency, not duration — right? I got there in decent time after lunch, but somehow I took forever to get dressed and then my swim cap split and tore right in two when I tried to pull it down over my hair. I had to run back out to the front desk to purchase a crappy rubbery one. No matter, though. I wasn't going to do a long set today, anyway. I wanted to focus on my balancing, rotation, stroke drills, and the like. I only needed a half hour, I guess. I got a good workout in. Not a long one, but that's okay. If I keep going 3+ times a week, it's really more about frequency, right?
