Synopsis
- Upshot: I felt like swimming.
- Downside: My shoulder was kinda' achy.
- What I'm most proud of: That I'm becoming even more aware of "downhill swimming."
- What I would do differently: Started earlier so I didn't feel rushed (I had to meet up with friends shortly after).
Overall
Nothing too strenuous, but not a cake walk neither. It was a good swim, and I was in a good mood to do the swim. It was raining. I rather enjoy swimming in the rain. It's a cool changeup, making you aware of what is and isn't sticking out of the water. That always helps. The best part was that it was a total booster for my day. I felt energized and ready to go party afterwards! (The end of drinking season is upon me … last call is tonight!)
