Evans in : Reflections, Chico CA , 1 comment so farSo, I’m sitting here after another 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Master’s Project Writing Marathon (no joke–I even forgot to eat) when I decided to take a break to check out what some of my living and breathing counterparts are doing in the world today. So, it looks like everyone is taking a “rest” day. Although, last time I checked, when I rest, I actually rest. As in “rest: not doing anything.”
What the heck is “active rest”? I mean, I know what it is, but really think about it. How in the heck can you have “active rest”? It’s too funny. Only a triathlete would come up with that. Guess I’m still just a slothlete right now. 
Well, soon enough I’ll be “actively resting” once again, too! Now, if only my Masters Project would actively rest itself … hmmmmm. That would rock, Ha, ha!
