My best friend from undergrad came up to Chico to visit this weekend as did my sister. It was a fun time for us. I had a great time. I was good and didn’t drink too much and I still worked out at the gym. Yea for me. Of course, I keep thinking about how I should really be working on getting some more outside mileage in on my bike, but … well. “You do what you can,” my tri coach always says. Hmmmm … indeed.
